SEO is all about getting higher rankings on the search engines. If you’re lucky enough to be found on the first page of Google, then you can guarantee you’re going to recieve some highly targeted traffic to your site.

Now, one of my co- conspiritors on The Insider Report, has just released the Ultimate Plugin Guide. Of course, it only deals with WordPress - alas, at this moment in time, B2Evolution has a long way to go before it can compete with good old Wordpress.

But for many folks, (including yours truly here), WP is still way too technical for the newbie to master. And part of the reason for that is because of the nature and number of plugins available to optimise and maintain your blog.

Who the heck can understand them? Even the so called WP experts think it’s just about installing the ‘all in one SEO pack’ and then away you go. If only life was that easy!

But finally someone (and I really should have known if it was going to done, then Cenay would be the one to do it!) has put together a simple, easy to understand guide to the essential WP plugins that not only make blogging with WP easier, but at the same time, helps with your search engine rankings and your visitor traffic.

I recently put up a WP blog of my own, and used Cenay’s guide during the initial setup. It was amazing, and I wasn’t even using the final version! Confess I felt like a true ‘wp geek’ after going through it and realising that I understood it and could actually put it to use.

If you’re using B2Evolution, don’t bother getting this guide obviously. But if you’re with B2Evo, because you’re scared of WP, then go ahead and get your WP blog because this guide will make those essential plugins a breeze to install. And once they’re installed, WP suddenly becomes like putty in your hands - you can make your blog do anything you want it to do. Including getting ranked on the first page of those search engine results for some pretty cool keywords.

One of the great things about B2Evo is that you get a choice of some really great SEO specialists to choose from in how you want to optimise your blog. And one of those specialists is Aaron Wall of SEOBook.com fame.

Now though I’m using Aaron’s settings for Sans Money Secret, I confess I hadn’t got round to visiting SEOBook until very recently. Sometimes, no matter how hard you try, you miss stuff. And in a lot of cases, let’s be honest, it doesn’t really matter if you miss it or not.

But then there’s the stuff you can’t afford to miss. And if you’re blogging then Aaron’s guide to SEO, written specifically for bloggers, is stuff you don’t want to miss.

I just finished checking it out less than 10 minutes ago and, (being the nice girl that I am ) dashed straight back here to let you know about it. Even before I start putting it into use myself! How generous is that?

And don’t worry if you don’t know anything about SEO. There are very few people in this world, (actually, I can only think of one other person) who can make this seemingly technical load of gobbledeygook into something that is understandable by the dumbest of dummies. And Aaron is one of them.
