Okay, so you’re thinking that bribing your downline to quit is a pretty stupid idea. So did I until I read this article. Now I’m pretty sure it’s actually a good idea and I want you to give this serious consideration.

If you want to be truly successful in this business, then you need to work only with others who want the same. And though a lot of people think they want the success of being their own boss, getting huge pay cheques, living the guru lifestyle, very few people are actually willing to do what it takes to achieve that level of success.

Trust me, getting people to sign up to your business is easy. Getting the ‘right‘ people to sign up is slightly more difficult! And if you’re still of the mindset that anyone will do because that’s an extra commission for you, then maybe this post isn’t for you.

Check out those who are really successful in this business. Do you think they bother with tire kickers? How much time do you think they spend with people who can’t or won’t do whatever is necessary to duplicate their success?

Success requires work. And if your downline consists of people who don’t want to work, who don’t want to learn, who think they just have to sign up as many people as possible, then pretty soon, your downline is going to shrink.

Those people will move on to the next programme, the next ‘opportunity’, and you are constantly replacing them. So your income never grows. Your pay checks remain the same.

So how do you know your downline is going to work hard, recruiting and building a business that you can both earn income from?

Bribe them to quit! If they do, you’re onto a winner. You’ve saved yourself a load of time and trouble trying to train them and turn them into a successful, business savvy, partner.

If they don’t, you’re on your way to working only with truly successful leaders. And these are the ‘right’ people you should be aiming to work with.

These are the folks who believe in the business and who have the drive to build it. They will put in the work, do the studying, learn the necessary skills… these are the downline members who will make you rich.
