This little tip comes from Michael Ullman, (the guy I was talking about here).
I was so impressed with how easy this was, I set to and made a video to prove it to you. Now as you all know I’m a technophobe and haven’t really done anything with video previously. So this should give you some indication of how strongly I feel about this tip!
Be aware that my video making skills are rubbish! 
Embarrassing I know, and one day, I will go on a mission to learn this baffling science! (or most likely, i won’t, 
) But if you can get past that, the simplicity of doing this will amaze you.
